I am trying to set up my network to use the 2 IP address I have from my ISP provider.
I have an existing DIR-655 router with ver 1.02 A1 connected to a switch (the switch to the modem).
This works fine in getting an ip address.
I than bought a new DIR-655 with ver 1.32NA A4 and connected to the same switch.
It is not able to get an IP address.
I try hook up to the modem and it had no problem getting the ip address.
I have also confirm with my provider (Shaw in Canada) that I do have access to the 2 ip address.
Does this have to do with the new firmware (1.32NA) problem or am I not setting it up right.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
I think you have same Mac-adress on both router.
Change one of them then you get two ip-s from isp
Both routers are connected to same switch in different ports !?

This might be obvious but make sure you restart both devices after you've plugged them in.
