Title: No color video display? DSM-520

I can't get the DSM-520 to display color in the menu screens. Only color display using the analog video. Grey scale display with S-video, compoosite, and HDMI.

Please help.

Make sure if you are using HDMI the Audio/Video setting are set to HDMI. Also try another TV and see if you have the same results. It is very strange that all the outputs are grey scale and Analog is in color.

What firmware version is on your DSM-520? Please verify if the unit is set to NTSC or PAL, it should be NTSC in the Audio/Video settings if you are in the US.
