Title: Router won't update settings in Admin user?

I have tried everything, Restore to factory setting, unplug for 30 secs, updating firmware, but nothing seems to work. Every time i try to change settings manually the router resets but settings do not change?

Help?

I am in the admin user account not user so I should have writing capabilities.

I tried several times to save some settings but I was doing it remotely.  Each time it took the settings, rebooted and promptly forgot what I told it to do.  I have never had this problem with a Dlink before.
