Title: What is the timeline for correcting firmware issues with A1 and A2 hardware
Post by: pooj10 on January 02, 2010, 08:14:02 AM
With all do respect, what is the timeline to get the firmware fixed for both hardware versions? I purchased another router to ensure wireless stability in my home, so I can work and my son can do research for school. I don't mean to be complaining, but the magnitutde of this issue should be putting an around the clock effort on correcting this situation. I have several D link products and expect better support than what I am seeing to the customers.

We all expect a certain level of quality for the products we purchase.  I mean, really...I've been here for at least a couple of years with these problems.  Still no solution.

Some of the betas are okay, and then they are just plain terrible again.

03 still seems okay..  DNS relay is definitely not fixed still, always has had poor wireless performance.  And GameFuel stuff, and high latency is also bad.  UPnP is still broken too.
