Title: how do i give priority in QOS for bittorent?

hey all, i dont know why but i think my dlink 655 is keep bandwith at all times for other things, and i never get full speed when i donwload a torrent, i used to always get 1.5mb/s for download with almost any torrent using my old dlink router(dlink 634M)  (i download from a private tracker with very good speeds)  , but now with my new DLINK 655 i cant get maximum download speed, the speed is actually quiete bad, i get 500mb/s and the speed drops to 200kb/s then, its strange,  do i need to setup a rule in QOS or something to give FULL BANDWIDTH to torrents?
