Title: Static IP won't stay

Every time I have a power outage or reboot the DNS321, it defaults back to DHCP and turns off the media server.  Using 1.03, any ideas?

Sounds like a hardware issue.  One thing I'd try is resetting to factory defaults and reconfiguring.  If that doesn't do it, I'd be guessing something is amiss with the hardware.
