Title: PC Share port

I'm having problems streaming HD content from my Seagate hard drive (connected via pc share port) over the wireless signal.  I'm using a DIR-825 Extreme N router.  When I connect my laptop direct to the router I can stream just fine with about 30-40 Mbs/s but wirelessly it's peaking about 19 but averages about 10.  Can someone help me whether it's router or computer settings?
