Title: 655 works wired with xp pc but no connection detected with vista 64?

This 655 ran another vista 64 fine. (Wired last year)
Updated router and network card.
XP PC works fine.
No lan light seen for the vista wire unless I disable the network card, then the light comes on.
the Vista wire is fine because I tried it on the XP PC.
Looks like many do not like this router.
