Title: DGL-4500 w/ DAP-1555
Post by: Marlin on January 12, 2010, 12:04:00 PM
Hello.. I have purchased a DGL-4500 but the range isn't good enough as my current repeater setup. I am trying to extend the range of it, but I find little information on doing so online.

I am wondering if I can use the DAP-1555 as a WIRELESS repeater with the DGL-4500? In essence without wires, acting as a repeater. Thank you very much

And if not... How CAN I use a wireless repeater with it? I just bought it last week for a hefty price and now its just sitting there unable to be used because of disabilities that other routers do not have.

No. The 1522 is not a repeater. It's an AP bridge.

How would I go about repeating the signal wirelessly? Is there any hardware that you guys carry that allows this? I really do want to use the router because of the GameFuel QoS.
