Title: trying to set up my dph 540

I turn the phone on,        it says no network         no service.

The getting started instructions say    the phone will ask for a password.   It doesn't happen.

Can anybody help me try to set it up

Select the Menu option and click on side arrow (for next) until you see Profile. You will be prompted for a password once you select the Profile option.
