Title: Any chance the USB port can ever be used for a USB Hard Drive?

Is there any chance in future firmware updates from Dlink that the USB port can ever be used for a USB Hard Drive? It would just make sense

would be cool, as long as it didn't require additional software on the computer.

Agree, but it is very easy to add this functionality yourself with just a couple of files... Google is your friend.

google gives too many shopping advises or unusable links for me.
as i'm not a native English speaker I might look for a wrong thing.
Could anyone write a short descrition for that?

SharePort would allow this, but not for access by the DNS-323.

 - try number 1 and number 2 in the list.
