How to see who is logged on our NS323 ftp server?

I can see GETs and PUTs by user on the ftp log - but not who is logged in (i.e. whoever is logged in can get a directory listing and see filenames without the ftp log picking it up).  Of course, you would need to set up individual users on the DNS323 FTP access list and disallow anonymous logins to track who is uploading and downloading files.
