Title: preserving filetime with FTP client to DNS 323?

What FTP Client is compatible with DNS323?
In particular, I want to preserve the file's date/time stamp.
I have used WsFTP and Filezilla and both could not preserve the DateTime Stamp when transferring files to DNS323.

Any suggestions?

I prefer to use FTP as against using Windows File sharing method.
