Title: first steps on new unit

Hi,
I just received a new 321 it is an A2 version with 1.00 firmware, what I should do first, install HDD do all the settings and after firmware upgrade, or without HDD’s start the unit (if it is possible ???) do the upgrade and after that install HDD’s and do all the setup.

By all means, upgrade the firmware first, then format and setup the unit.  Be sure to do a factory reset after upgrading the firmware too.
