Title: If upgrade firmware will I have to re-install Twonky?

So I have FW 1.06 on my 323 currently and I want to upgrade to the newer version so I can backup. The only issue is - will it effect Twonky, everything streams fine right now, except .mkv, but I dont want to screw that up!?

I can at least tell you that upgrading from 1.06 to 1.07 and then to 1.08b5 did not break Twonky for me.
