Wont even turn on if you hit the buttons? I should turn on so you can navigate the menu.

Contact support and get an RMA.

Make sure you tell them this has been an ongoing problem with the product and firmware doesn't seem to help.

Ya, sounds like RMA time, nothing FW related, HW. Hope they fix it soon. Keep in touch.

How long have you had this unit? If you can't return to Place of purchase because it's out of warranty, then you'll need to Call DLink.

If your needing to use the router, you can access everything that's on the router thru the routers web page. This will get you by. Ya, its nice to have the display working too.

Hi guys!

Sorry if my question is a little bit off topic but can I turn on the display permanently? Or does it always switch off after a few seconds?
Thanks!!!

Don't think you can turn an option on for keeping the screen on all the time. I think it was meant as a limited use kinda of thing so a user would go in and view and seen things however when the user is finished it turns off. And in actuality, how often does a user need to be fiddling with the router? My 2 cents.
