Title: DSM-750 not seeing movies in library

Checking to see if the 750 can see movies in the library in media center? If I check on my computers in media center they will find the movies I have. The 750 just says its looking in the back ground and never finds anything even after I tell it where to look.

you have to make sure that the proper codecs are installed and configured on your PC or else the 750 wont find it. Also make sure your PC has all its updates

Everything seems to work fine on the computer but will not work on the DSM 750

Do you have your Windows Firewall on?...if so, make sure all the ports needed for Media Extender are open (go into Advanced Firewall)
