Title: Window Vista does not recognizes DNS 323

I have hooked up the DNS to my laptop via network wire to config and ran the latest software easy search 3.8 but no luck.
Refresh comes back with no devices.
Please help once it is recognized I can config it.

You appear to be connecting the DNS-323 directly to the laptop - if this is correct - then you need to set a static ip address on the laptop.
