Just wondering what bittorrent client the router is running. Torrents from one of the trackers I use aren't connecting to the trackers, and I'm thinking it may be because the client is banned on the tracker, but I don't know what client it is.

Also, when adding too many torrents (about 6 or more), it becomes nearly impossible to connect to the download manager, any way we could get a fix for this?
EDIT: Whoops, sorry for the double post. :-X

I can't even get the bit torrent client to connect to the servers and i have 6881 port opened up in the port forwarding rules in the router as well. It worked for like 2 days and now whenever I enable the BT client is goes to black screen and says it lost connection or can't connect or something of that nature. Any thoughts?

don’t use the BT function, the Bitorrent and decent internet connection is faster than DIR-685 NAS >:(, don’t waste your time.

In case anyone is using the BT client, I have wrote a little plugin in transdroid for android to control it. enjoy.

I wonder what BT client this router runs? Any idea?
Also, does anyone get BT download manager work? For some reason, it's not working for me ???
Thanks

Looks like the client is BT SDK 2.0
But it's not working for me :(

Hi.
I got a DIR-685 for test.
BT SDK 2.0 running cool for download, but the upload (seed) has some problem.
The BT site indicates, that the client is in passive mode.
Is there any solution that the built-in BT client works in active mode?
Thanks in advance.

Could someone please tell me if there is some desktop BT client to iteract with backend running on DIR-685? I dont really want my wife and kids who download a lot to mess around in router management interface, where they can f***-up a lot.
