Title: DIR-625 Shareport dropping after a time

After a long time away from the computer Shareport is sometimes inactive when I come back or it fails a short time later.  I get the Red icon and I can exit and restart Sharepoint and it works fine.  Is there a keepalive function that needs to work or what?
