Got my kids new laptops last week and I have this message constantly in my log about every couple seconds....HELP!
UPnP renew entry 255.255.255.255 <-> 74.230.245.200:52172 <-> 192.168.0.186:52172 UDP timeout:-1 'Teredo'

How is the LT being connected? What OS does the LT have loaded? Need some details here. I presume that you didn't see these entries until the LT was connect? I have not seen this entry personally however I feel it's having to do with the UPNP between the router and the LT. I wonder if it could be something with the UPNP services on the LT.

Its for IPv6 tunneling over IPv4 NATs (your DGL-4500)..using a protocol called "Taredo".

Essentially, the new Laptop probably has Windows 7 and IPv6 installed/enabled on it, and it keeps requesting/renewing a port forwarding entry via UnP NAT Traversal.
I wouldnt worry about it too much, if it really bothers you, try uninstalling/disabling IPv6 in the Laptop's network configuration:
Here are the steps to disable IPv6;
Right click on the network icon and select Open the Network and Sharing Center.
In the resulting window, select "Change adapter settings".
In the Network Connections window, select the "Local Area Connection" for the onboard NIC (or whatever it's called), then "Change settings of this connection" or file>properties.
In the connection property page, uncheck the box for "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)".
Close all the windows and reboot your system.
