Title: Sharing SharePort on a machine with multiple users

I have multiple users on my Vista machine.     If one user used SharePort (printer) to connect to the USB device (printer), other users cannot even start shareport.    Since the USB device (printer) is already connected to the computer, is there any way such that everybody on the same computer can use the USB device that's already connected?
