Title: How do you configure multiple ip address on dir-615?
Post by: crankycanuck on March 10, 2010, 09:32:48 AM
Recently setup Dir-615 on my PC and use my Laptop with it. Have an ip address for my PC and one for the Laptop.
The problem is both computers share the same ip address. I can't figure out how to configure multiple ip addresses
via D-Link Admin set up. Thanks in advance ... Clueless in Canada.

If you have the DHCP turned on, then the IPs should automatically be assigned differently.  If you the computers on individually and not at the same time, they could end up using the same IP.  If you go under Setup>Network, you can reserve specific IPs for each of the MACs.  But, you'll have to get the MACs right.  I usually connect to the router with the PC before reserving the IP.

Hope this helps.
