No release notes so the question would be : what has changed?

Running 1.33NA so reverting to the EU version would be an option if it would be as stable as the NA version.
The 1.31 wasn't....

I don't know, not use it.
Use russian firmware, same you can downgrade from.

But new file is: FW 1.32EUb01

Don't you see the differens ?
