Title: AP Manager II

Does anyone have directions to get AP Manager II running under a non-administrator account on XP?

I installed it and ran it fine as an administrator. nothing happens if I try to run it under a non-administrator account, even if I try runas.

I just double checked, and runas works if I run it as the same admin user that installed the program. This is not a huge problem, but it is definitely not optimal. Any ideas on a fix for this?
