Title: DNS 323 Firmware 1.08 - Not accepting Torrent Save Path Change
Post by: imroue on March 30, 2010, 06:02:56 PM
When changing the Torrent Save Path from Volume 2 to Volume 1 and then presssing save, it just goes back to Volume 2. Any ideas?

I liked the way torrent was before :(

verify that the settings file isnt write protected. If its not, then the next option would be to uninstall the app, then delete the folder. reboot the device, then re-install and change the settings.

I believe he was referring to make sure the folder you want to change the save path to is not set to a user configured as read only in the Network Access rules.

I was able to fix the problem to Volume 2 by removing all access to Volume 2... that was the only way. BUT, I am still not able to move the Nas_ from Volume 2 to Volume 1 after adding the "add-on", it seems the program is installed in Volume 2 (not good) but the files are being saved in Volume 1 (which is good).. I can't have anything to do with bitTorrent in Volume 2...

Any ideas?

I have the same problem exactly. how do you remove all access to the volume you want to remove the p2p from?

I put Deny Access to the volume in question in the Network shares, but this didn't solve the problem.
