Title: Wireless phone interference

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why my wireless router drops connection when I receive an incoming phone call. I have a 1.9Ghz DECT 6.0 cordless phone system. Am I losing connection because of my phone? Thanks for the info. Sorry for the ignorance.

Is your phone service VoIP or landline?
