Title: Voicemail / Disk storage Error
Post by: rbowns on April 01, 2010, 02:59:07 PM
Help!
I've got a DVX2000MS-5
The storage is reporting "error" or "not found" in the administrator.  Voicemails are unable to be saved.
I can't seem to backup the configuration.  (won't back up config to a local machine).
I wanted to upgrade it from 1.0 sp1 to sp2, but I can't back it up to do so.

Can anyone help?  Offer advice?

Thanks in advance

The best way to resolve the issue is to erase the data on the Base Unit using the Responsepointerasedata.exe in the Utilities Folder under the SP1 download package. Next, you will need to upgrade to SP2 and manually rebuild the Base Unit configuration afresh.; add phones, users and gateway.
