I am doing some troubleshooting for my sister. She has a Sony Notebook with a DWA642. I have a DLink DIR655 router. The link shows to be excellent with a 300MB connection.
The problem is, when connected to the internet the throughput is very very slow. A speedtest shows throughput of less than .5MBs.
I tried deleting the drivers and reinstalling. I am still getting very slow throughput. Any suggestions on how to further diagnose and fix the response?
Is there any diagnostic software for the DWA642?
