Title: 2.4GHz and 5GHz Band SSID

Is the SSID name have to be the same for each band ...one for 2.4ghz and one for 5ghz?

no, you can make them different names. For example, my 2.4 SSID is Langtry and the 5 Ghz SSID is Langtry1.

Ok so there something I want to know then , when my wireless pc is connect to the router it's connect on my 2.4 Ghz to use internet right?

if I stream movie to another PC who have dual band too on the same router ,that should be on the 5Ghz?  ( like movie stream Pc to PC )

If both devices are dual band, then it will take care itself how to use the available bandwidth, as long as settings (including SSIDs) on the other computer are set same as the router with 20/40 MHz (bands) both switched on.

But the 5 GHz should give you enough bandwidth, assuming that you are using the right settings, as mentioned in one of the threads in this forum regarding 300 Mbps set-up.
