Title: DES-3526 Factory Defaults

Hello,

I've lost password and login name to switch des-3526. I'd like to reset the device to factory settings. Unfortunately switchs firmware is 2.00 B15 version and shift+6 combination in startup won't work. Any ideas?

I have one, call it in, get it RMA'ed for a password reset.
