Title: DCS-2121 http webpage not working

The webpage for the DCS-2121 isn't working. When i use "D-Link Setup Wizard SE" to detect it and click "Link", IE is unable to open it.

When I ping the DCS-2121, it is rather unstable whereby the ping timeouts after ~10 successful ping.

Could this be a firmware problem? Looks really unstable....

I've tried pressing the master RESET button (physically on the unit) but it is still the same...

Pls advice on how to solve this.

Is the camera connected to the network wirelessly?
