Title: DIR-330 Wireless unresponsive

So I am running the beta 1.2 firmware and for some reason periodically the wireless becomes unresponsive (cannot connect to the wireless network, wired works fine).  All I have to do is unplug the power and power it up again, but it's annoying.  Any suggestions?

Try re-flashing the 1.2 beta.

Or changing channels, what does the channel utilization in your area look like?
