Title: Installed wrong firmware DIR-655
Post by: togge on April 19, 2010, 01:10:48 PM
Hi. In order to try get shareport to work I by misstake installed firmaware 1.33NA instead of 1.30EU. Is there any way to change back firmway to the EU-approved? Resetting the device apparently don't affect the firmway. The router seems to work OK, but I still cant find my printer connected to shareport. I run Vista on my laptop. Is anyone have suggestions, please reply.

Hi,

There is a "new" version of the shareport client on the DLink support page for the DIR-655

YEES! Through downloading and flashing with firmware from http://depositfiles.com/en/files/qarqeqmft I succeeded to reverse the installation. After installing 1.31EU shareport works like a charm. ;D

Jesus wants you to stop clogging the network processor with your trivial devices that should be plugged into a pc instead. right click click share u naughty monkey. that processor is not made to handle that. thats why it didnt come with it and they said wow thats never gonna happen then they did it and took it off cuz it was a ******ed idea
