I am having the problem with only a single phone line being used for outgoing calls. I can usually reset everything to factory defaults, and then the system will work for a little while, but will eventually stop allowing more than one outgoing call at the same time.
I have read that rolling back to the older firmware can fix this—is there anywhere I can access the older versions?
Thanks,
Chad

Who is your service provider? Are all the lines from that same provider? Are they in hunt group? How many lines do you have on the DVG-3104MS? Did you start experiencing problems after a firmware upgrade? What message do you get when the first working line is occupied? Please provide us as much information as you can regarding this issue so that we can better assist you.

Our service provider is Verizon, all lines from the same provider, 6 in total.
All four lines plugged into one of the gateways are in a hunt group. The other gateway has two lines that are plugged into it, but these are not in a hunt group.
It's hard to say if the firmware upgrade was when it started, because we updated everything to the latest firmware when we first installed the system (November). I did read elsewhere that people were able to fix this problem when they roll back though.
The error message we hear is 'Sorry, all lines are in use. Please try your call again later.'
Let me know if you need any other info.

Please contact Voicecenter support at 1-888-404-6262 option 1 for further troubleshooting and assistance. We will need to collect more information regarding the phone lines in relation to the hunt sequence.

Can you please tell me if there is a link anywhere for older firmware versions? I'd prefer to try that before sitting on the phone going through everything I've already gone through again.
