Title: QoS issues

I'd like to be able to run QoS to prioritize VOIP traffic on my router, but experiments with this have always ended up in failure.  VPN/IRC connections get dropped for no reason when it is enabled, and https connections can't initiate.  Has anyone else gotten QoS to work on this router?

Another thing, enabling Wireless QoS causes wild local network ping fluctuations and high packet loss from wireless client to AP.
