Title: Static Route
Post by: cosnomate on April 24, 2010, 09:09:38 PM
Hi, does anyone know how to create Static Route with a route going to another router on the LAN rather than the WAN.  The advance routing does not allow it.  only has 2 options as WAN only
Interface (WAN) - This is the interface used to receive the IP Address from the ISP to access the Internet.
Interface (WAN Physical) - This is the interface used to receive the IP Address from the ISP to access the Internet.

I did found this

but seems that it does not work for the 685

Thanks

Okay I was able to do it with Firefox Firebug, and with the help of the link above.
on the advance page -> Network, I and entered my static route and edited the WANPHY to LAN on the route line with firebug, and save settings  :P

Also wandering why on a such expensive router (or any router in fact) you cannot view the basic routing table???
