Title: No incoming calls with ATA behind router
Post by: laser4g63 on April 25, 2010, 06:21:06 AM
I had purchased a DIR-615 when my Belkin router died.  The only problem I have is when I connect my Lingo ATA behind the router, I cannot receive any phone calls.  I can make calls just fine, but incoming calls go straight to Lingo voice mail, the phone doesn't even ring.  I have placed the ATA between the the modem and router but that cuts my bandwidth considerably for some reason.  D-Link's customer support wasn't any help whatsoever.  If anyone here has any solutions, please let me know because my next option is to return the router.

I guess neither is this forum.  Oh well, back to the store it goes.
