Title: Incremental Backups

Just having some kind of problem with incremental backups on my DNS-321, wondered if anyone could help.

I have a directory on Volume_1 set to backup to Volume_2 weekly; it seems however, that the backup software is only making empty folders when it runs automatically. If i run the backup manually, every thing is fine, but when i check every week after the backup has run, new folders that I have created are there, but empty.

Any thoughts?

Are you backing up using software on your PC or using the Scheduled backups from the device GUI?

Sorry, should have cleared that up. I'm backing-up from the device GUI.
