Title: Sound gone...sometimes

Occassionally I watch a video and then the next one has no sound.  I can choose another - no sound.
I have rebooted the PC (Vista) and the DSM-520.  Still, no sound on any video (yes, there is sound in the files).
Later on, I can watch the video and hear it.  However, that will no be for some time.
What can be done to "re-set" the sound?

Does the Video have audio if played from a flash drive using the USB port?
