Title: How do you reformat?

I was setting up my 1 TB WD drive and it hung at 94 percent.

I then rebooted and sucessfully updated the firmware.

I then did a scan of my drive, which failed.

I want to reformat my drive, but I can't find a way to do it. I no longer get the menu that asks about how you want to format the drive.

I looked in the raid section, but there are no reformat options available. I must be missing something.  Can anyone help?

You may have to remove the drive and connect it to a PC to wipe it.  While you have it there, do a full diagnostic scan of it to make sure it doesn't have a problem.
