Title: Can't uninstall Shareport

Win7, DIR-655 (f/w v1.33na) and DNS-323 (f/w 1.08).

I'm trying to upgrade to Shareport v3 but the installation routine generates a BSD.  Attempting to unistall the existing Shareport does the same thing.

How do I get this software off my computer?

Have you tried reinstalling the shareport of the version you are trying to uninstall ?

Thanks but that didn't work either.  BSD x07E was the result.  However, since the machine had to reboot I chose Safe Mode and tried to remove the software that way.  It worked.

Now let's see if I can install...

That worked, too.  Simple test with a CF card reader was successful so now it's time to try the multi-function printer...

I'm looking forward to seeing a 'success' post.  I haven't started my headaches yet...is the secret to make sure I START with Shareport V3?

I need to be able to print with a HP Officejet Pro K550.

Yes, I would use the latest on the "Other Downloads" for your product. The current version is 3.0.

revo uninstaller from majorgeeks website is a better uninstaller as well as active tray adjuster than most, it clears all traces and I have used it for a few years
