Title: UT Server search causes reboot
Post by: davidg on May 04, 2010, 12:26:53 AM
I have a DIR-601 and I'm trying to play the IOQuake3 game Urban Terror (UT). Every time I try to get a list of servers the DIR-601 stops and reboots. What is that? Flood protection? Something else?

It's a very frustrating problem. I tried disabling UPnP, which had no effect.

Suggestions? Help?

I've only had this router a short time and it's been a good investment otherwise. I really don't want to return it!

Thanks

davidg,

I'm having the same issue with the DIR-615 router.  Did you ever figure out this issue?  If yes, can you please post how you fixed it.  Thanks.

I have the same problem.
My router is a DLink DIR-615 Hardware Version: C2,   Firmware Version: 3.01.
I tried to upgrade the firmware, but it does not work. It says the firmware is not proper to the device.
What I do is to get the list without the router and after that I just refresh the list.
If you find a solution, please share. ;)
