hello,
i am looking for help since i cannot figure out what happend to my 8 months old router. 2 days ago i plugged the power cable in and the leds started flickering. after a couple seconds i plugged the power cable off and replugged it. since then there is the power led and the purple colored on the right site below an unknown button looking like a recycling icon glowing constantly and the globe led is turning off after a few seconds. the other green leds are not glowing anymore and i cannot access the box through the web interface anymore.
i tried to get it factory resetted several times with no luck.
am i doing it wrong or do i miss anything or what else could i do ?
