Title: virtual server configuration

i am trying to configure the virtual server settings and am a bit confused. 
Here's what i want to do - currently, i have 1 website through port 80;  but now i want to set up another server with a separate ip address for port 80.  do i just set up different public ports 80 and 81 and have private port 80?  i have a static ip address, do i change the A record or cname to point differently?  I assume suba.company.com and subb.company.com would point to the same static ip address, but how does the dlink decipher suba goes to internal ip address x and subb goes to internal ip address y?

I am pretty sure that they will need two different private ports also.
