Title: DFL-2500 STOPPED WORKING

HI all ,

Today after the enabling of SSH in one of our DFL-2500 firewalls we get the message that license will expire after 2 hours. and after 2 hours firewall stopped working.The message on the firewall screen showed that "DEMO License Expired". Firewall not start after reboot even the system lite indicator not blinks.We tried to connect to the firewall with serial port but were also unsuccessful. Please give us your suggestion regarding this problem.

Call in to tech support so they can get their hands on this problem

they said me to send them SN/MAc of firewall for generating the file of license. Then we will replace it with the file inside of Flash card..
they didnt send it yet..
