DWA-142 Driver version 1.30

- Update XP/2K driver to v1.0.7.2 and Vista driver to v1.0.4.3.
- WPS supported WPAPSK_TKIP/AES and WPA2PSK_TKIP/AES
- Fixed add new profile issue.
- Fixed WPS throughput.
