Title: NTP Glitch
Post by: Ianaber on May 14, 2010, 03:47:36 PM
I have two DAP-1522's running behind a DIR-825, and all is well except for one glitch.  I have selected for both to have their NTP server enabled and selected the only server available (207.232.83.70).  When I save the settings they sync up to the proper time and all looks well, apart from the fact that the DAP's never update the time and slowly wander off.  I check the logs and over the last 15 days they have never requested an updated time.  They are both running firmware 1.21 and the 825 is running 2.03.

Am I missing something?

I also have a DAP-1522 connected to a Linksys router, and selected the only NTP server available (Dlink's). I haven't seen it checking an NTP server in its logs. Also, over a 24-hour period, the DAP-1522's time ends up being about 15-18 minutes ahead of actual time.
