Series 1, and Series 3 all seasons and avi episodes are all indexed fine, and I can watch them till i'm blue in the face. Series 2 presents an issue. Basically when I go into SubSeries1, 2 or 3, any season none of the files get indexed.
Have I breached some sort of nested folder limit?

Try moving the same series up a folder level and see if the issue persists.

Will do.
Was looking around and I couldn't see any other folders that were nested that deeply, although 6 or 7 doesnt seem like a lot of nesting
Anywho I'll give it a go and let ye know ;)
