I haven't used WISH as I have it disabled. However I do watch Netflix streaming movies and I don't have any issues with it disabled. I did a search and found a few posts regarding WISH. This might help you:

Furrynutz but if you set a dynamic ip address and then add a game fuel rule and set that device top priority you would not need to set up wish for that device even if its wireless or wired?

I have no experience in using WISH. It just seems to be that while I have Static IPs for my xboxes and gamefuel rules set up and WISH is disabled, it seems to be working just fine in regards to video streaming.
